Increases both the range and intensity of sounds around the player, making it easier to hear enemy footsteps, boosting, and reloading.

Pro effect

Call of Duty: Black Ops II perks have no Pro upgrade system at all (confirmed on the wiki page itself) -- this perk has no Pro version.
